How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete any personal information SentrySec holds about you — whether you're a website visitor, a trial user, or a guard or staff member entered into the platform by your employer.

To make a request:

• Email us at info@sentrysec.com.au.
• Tell us who you are — your name, company, and how you're connected to SentrySec (for example, account holder, guard, or client contact).
• Tell us what you want deleted — your entire account, specific records, or all personal information we hold about you.

What happens next

We'll acknowledge your request and respond within a reasonable period, consistent with our Privacy Policy. In some cases we may need to verify your identity before making changes.

If your information was entered into SentrySec by your employer (a SentrySec customer), we may need to direct your request to them, since they control that data under our agreement with them.

Some information may need to be retained where we're required to by law or to meet contractual obligations — we'll let you know if that applies to your request.
